This 12-week Tai Chi series is designed for people who want to move with less strain, breathe with more ease, and feel grounded again. Gentle, flowing movements based on martial art techniques which have been adapted for a wider audience with broad health benefits.
Your instructor has years of martial arts and medical training, providing a unique opportunity for a customizable experience for your needs, with the supportive engagement of a small group class.
No experience needed, only curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
You’ll learn:
Foundational tai chi movements that build strength, balance, and coordination
Simple breathing and posture techniques to calm the nervous system
The principles of Qi flow, yin-yang balance, and mindful awareness in daily life
A simple short tai chi form that you may continue to practice on your own
Each session layers new material gradually, so you can integrate the practice without pressure. By the end, you’ll have a complete home sequence and a deeper understanding of how movement, breath, and attention weave together to restore vitality.
