We are a small clinic with high demand for our practitioner, and we’d love to help.

However, we ask that you please take a look at the following checklist to see if our clinic is the right fit for you.

• Your first appointment will not include treatment. Initial appointments for New Patients will include Intake and Consultation only. Once we decide that our approach is right for you, a separate appointment for your first Acupuncture session will be scheduled as soon as possible afterward.

• We are unable to accommodate same or next day urgent care visits for New Patients. Our clinic model is designed to create long-term health and vitality by developing relationships and customized treatment plans with the people we help. For patients who are not already established with us, we are unable to fit someone in right away for an urgent or acute health condition.

• The schedule fills up quickly. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to get started.

• Our clinic hours as of November 2025

  • Mondays 9am-4pm

  • Tuesdays 5pm-8pm

  • Wednesdays 11am-5pm

  • Thursdays 9am-4pm

  • Saturdays 10:00-1pm

• Most patients we meet will receive a treatment plan requiring several weeks of treatment. Our new patients should be ready to accommodate regular once a week treatments during this initial phase.

• Your recovery requires some time for your body to adjust to a new pattern and a commitment on your part to be present at all scheduled appointments (see our hours above). If your schedule is too busy at this time to include this type of care or if you are looking to just “try this out once to see if it works”, our clinic model will most likely not be a good match.
