Angela Barbara is registered as an In-Network Provider with United Healthcare, Cigna, and Oscar.
As of September 1st, 2023, we are no longer accepting Anthem, Horizon and Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Plans. We are happy to provide detailed receipts and superbills to all of our patients so that they may apply for reimbursement directly from their insurance companies.
We continue to offer Out of Network Coverage for Aetna patients. Not all Aetna plans have Out of Network coverage for acupuncture and the list of covered conditions may be limited. We must verify your eligibility before we can determine whether you are covered for Acupuncture at our clinic.
