For all other health insurance plans, we are happy to provide detailed receipts to our patients so that they may apply for reimbursement directly from their insurance company.

Important Notes

• When you see our listing in your Insurance Company Directory, it is not a guarantee of coverage for your particular plan. It simply means that we are an In-Network Provider for your insurance company. Not all plans cover acupuncture, so we must confirm your eligibility and benefits directly with your insurance company.

• Most health insurance only covers acupuncture when it is considered medically necessary and usually only for pain conditions. Conditions like fertility and mental health will most likely not be covered. Please contact your insurance company for details on covered health conditions.
